Brief Synopsis – SBC Innovations is seeking a highly qualified O365 SME to assist clients with Electronic Data Discovery Solutions. The role involves delivering exceptional technical support for eDiscovery services, handling eDiscovery and FOIA requests, managing litigation holds, and ensuring adherence to records retention regulations like CAPSTONE.


Responsibilities:

  • Initiate new case requests directed by designated leadership, Support Tier 2 and 3 trouble calls, provide discovery application support, SharePoint workflows/test products/processes/tools.
  • Employ and maintain existing primary tools and applications used for Discovery today (O365 Security and Compliance Center, Storage recovery tools, Microsoft Search tools, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft SharePoint).
  • Provide Technical guidance and support of discovery customers for hardware and software relative to paper and electronic discovery processing tasks.
  • Provide Technical guidance and support of workflow optimization and productivity enhancement of paper and electronic processing tasks.
  • Provide Technical guidance and support of customers for work activities relative to the administration of discovery data.
  • Provide Consultation for technical aspects of discovery support for the Divisions and Districts when approved by the government COR or TPOC.
  • Support Testing, installation and deployment of hosted document review and e-discovery processing applications to virtualized systems for use by enterprises.
  • Author and editor of how-to guides, manuals, and other documents for best practices use, optimization and performance enhancement of e-discovery processing and document review applications
  • Develop Ad-Hoc and Standard reports to support organization Electronic Data Discovery Solutions reporting requirements.
  • Support Tier III O/M365 requirements supporting the Agencies Enterprise customer base.
  • Support Power Platform infrastructure for the agency including Power Apps, Power Automate andPower BI

Requirements:

  • 15 + years of IT development experience with Microsoft Products
  • 5 + years Microsoft eDiscovery experience
  • 5 + years Microsoft Purview Experience (Azure Purview and former Microsoft 365 Compliance portfolio)
  • 10 + years of O/M365 and Power Platform Experience
  • Strong Powershell and Visual Studio scripting/coding
  • Experience with Storage Recovery Tools
  • Active Directory management
  • SharePoint Management (Maintain SharePoint sites, develop new and support existing workflows)
  • Experience in the Development of tailored reporting by utilizing multiple API’s and leveraging Power BI
  • O/M 365 Management Experience Skill Sets Anticipated
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Public Trust Clearance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to display excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills, both written and oral, within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Education – Bachelor or Master’s Degree in one or more of the disciplines described.


Period of Performance – Immediate Hire, 90% Remote, 1099 – $110.00/hr

Place of PerformanceFull-Time Remote with periodic onsite visits with the customer (3-4 times annually or upon request)


Security Requirements:

  • All personnel, including the support required by this initiative, must be United States Citizens, and must meet the DOJ (Department of Justice) Residency Requirement. The minimum investigation required is to be cleared for a US Government Security Eligible Public Trust clearance.
  • Many positions may require up to a top-secret clearance.

Equipment furnished: The government/client will provide equipment to complete the job.
