SBC Innovations is an IT solutions provider specializing in enterprise data management, infrastructure development, cloud migration, application development, administration and program support, network security, systems maintenance, and related IT services for organizations of all sizes and industries.

Orders and Payments

If you place an order for Services through the Site, such orders are subject to acceptance by SBC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payments must be made via approved methods. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes, which you are responsible for. Title to any deliverables passes upon full payment.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by Service; refer to your service agreement. Refunds are at our discretion and subject to applicable laws.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that Content is accurate or complete. Use of the Services is at your own risk. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SBC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site or Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
